From One Installer to a Full-Service Showroom
Sergio Barajas moved to the United States at 17 years old and has called Washington home ever since. What started as carpet installation on the Eastside over three decades ago has grown into Interiors NW by Touchdown Flooring — a full-service flooring, tile, cabinetry, and countertop company with a showroom in Issaquah and a reputation built on outstanding work.
Sergio's business philosophy is simple: you only have one chance to do an outstanding job. That mindset drives every project we take on — from a single-room carpet install to a whole-home remodel with hardwood, tile, countertops, and cabinetry.
Sergio lives in Sammamish with his wife, Mia. They've been married for 33 years and have four children and four grandchildren. Today, the business is a true family operation — with their oldest son Jordan serving as co-owner and leading the next generation of the company.

Mia has been his partner in both life and business for 33 years. Together they built Touchdown Flooring from the ground up — and continue to set the standard for every project that leaves their shop.
Jordan Barajas
The oldest son of Sergio and Mia, Jordan brings years of hands-on installation experience and a customer-first philosophy to every project. Jordan's goal is to take care of each customer from start to finish — clear communication, quality work, and no surprises. He's a proud father to his son Jordan Jr. and daughter Maya.
